Delete your Easy Lane data

You don't need an account to use Easy Lane. If you saved a car spot, set a block alert, signed up for email alerts or sent a street report, here is how to remove it.

Do it yourself

• Email alerts: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any alert email.
• Saved car spot and block alerts: clear them on the My car and My block screens.
• Everything on this phone: clear the site data for tryeasylane.com in your browser, or uninstall the app.

Ask us to delete everything

Email privacy@tryeasylane.com with the subject "Delete my data". Include the email address you used for alerts, or the app ID shown on the privacy page. We delete your alerts, saved spots, push subscriptions and the reports tied to that ID, and reply to confirm.

What we keep: anonymous, aggregated counts (for example, how many checks were made on a block) that can't be tied back to you.
